Please be advised that I am not responsible for shipping delays. When an order ships within the appropriate time frame for delivery, based on shipping option chosen, I am not responsible for the courrir's inability to deliver in the time frame that they have advertised. Delays by the shipping courrir could be due to weather and busy holiday seasons for example. I will always carefully plan your order to arrive in time for your event!

Please be aware that once design is confirmed and the artistry has been purchased, changes to design is not permitted. Any imagery requested to be added to design will result in an additional charge.
